These terms govern access to and use of the Studio Asset Preflight website, website content and Early Access signup experience.

By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Studio Asset Preflight is under active development.

Website descriptions, screenshots, interface concepts, product architecture, roadmap items, integrations and planned functionality may change before commercial release.

Information published on the website should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular feature, integration, release date or commercial offering will become available.

Some visuals, interface examples and descriptions illustrate planned or intended product capabilities.

Features marked as Product Vision — In Development — including Physical Material Validation — describe development direction and are not representations of currently available functionality.

Example scan results, material values, profiles, issues and interface data shown in concepts may be illustrative rather than results generated by a production build.

Joining the Studio Asset Preflight Early Access list does not create a right to receive software, beta access, a commercial licence or any particular product version.

Early Access signup does not guarantee:

• selection for private testing
• a specific release date
• a specific feature set
• specific integrations
• pricing or subscription terms
• continued availability of a roadmap item

Selected testers may be contacted as testing opportunities become available.

The current website does not offer a commercial purchase of Studio Asset Preflight.

Software licensing, subscription terms, pricing, payment terms, cancellation rules, refund rules and any commercial service conditions will be provided separately if and when commercial access becomes available.

The Studio Asset Preflight website, original branding, product materials, original interface concepts, documentation, text, graphics and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unless expressly permitted, website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished or used to create misleading representations of Studio Asset Preflight.

No trademark registration is claimed merely by publication of the Studio Asset Preflight name on this website.

The website may refer to third-party tools, engines, platforms or services, including:

• Perforce

Third-party product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website or Early Access programme as Studio Asset Preflight develops.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access to the pre-launch website.
